CREATIVE EMBODIMENT

TRE® group sessions and any other classes I offer in person or online embrace our innate human creativity and a general curiosity to grow and expand. An artistic background is not required for any of my art based classes. I am so excited to share space with you.

Monthly TRE® Zoom Group

Explore the transformative practice of TRE® and become acquainted with this life-changing stress management tool. These six-person capped group sessions invite a collective energy that is both inspiring and supportive. All levels welcome.

When: 2nd Tuesday of every month
