Welcome to Inside Out Embodiment's first-ever blog post! I am so glad you're here.

Are you a person with varied interests and possibly multiple streams of income? How can you create a deeply fulfilling life while navigating and making time for all the things that are most important to you? And why does this often feel like an impossible situation?

In addition to a budding embodiment practice, I have been a working artist for over 30 years. I also sell curated clothing, including vintage, secondhand designer, upcycled, and handmade pieces. All three of these paths are deep loves of mine, as well as income streams. I've spent my life living "outside the box," and yet I still find myself questioning my instincts. Aren't things "supposed to be" a certain way? Should I just focus on one thing and call the rest hobbies? Isn't this the only way to be successful? Should I market these three different parts of myself in different places? Will people think it's unprofessional or unfocused to mix them?

The truth is, it's way too much work to be this person today, that person tomorrow, and a third person the next day. Besides, isn't this what makes an individual so inspiring—that unique blend of personality traits that only you have? The world wants to see your nuanced self. It wants to see the whole of you.

I am a creative being who adores personal style and thinks of clothing and art-making as one and the same. I am inspired to hold space for your most evolved sense of self to emerge—and to let that emergence be your whole self in all its unique and creative expression.

Because the balance of my own inner journey—reflection, creativity, and holding space for you to do the same—is my true calling and deepest truth.

Finding ways to meld your varied interests may be challenging, scary, or surprising, but know that it will be unique to you. It will be a powerful exploration, and it will be nourishing.

I hope this post brings a smile and a sense of wonder to you. I hope to inspire you and your day ahead.

Much love,

Nicole
