TRE® Private Session | 60 Minutes
Individually tailored 1-on-1 TRE® session
Monthly T.R.E. Group
In this single session we will move through the TRE process with special attention to individual needs and experience. There will be time before and after each session for any questions and concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Agreement Policy: We both understand that anything you share will be held in the strictest confidentiality. If for some reason, you are unable to make a scheduled session, please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice. Except in cases of illness or emergency, less than 24 hours notice will result in full charge for that appointment. All fees paid are nonrefundable. TRE® is generally safe and effective for most people. However individuals with specific physical or psychological conditions or a complex trauma history should consult a certified TRE® provider or medical doctor before engaging in the exercises. TRE® is not a replacement for medical or psychological trauma recovery practices.
